Board of Directors & Scientific Advisory Board

In this business plan we introduced in the (Problem & Solution) part. What is it that our targeted customers need and cannot find elsewhere? why our innovations are unique, we highlight the key reasons why our knowhow needs to exist. Perhaps our unique practical solution of easy manufacturing, distributing and good pricing strategy is especially useful than that of our competitors. in addition to that, our biotech Intellectual properties is considered most valuable. As compared to other types of intellectual property. also, our patents are among the most valuable, costly, and difficult to obtain.

Innovation Specialists

Sherif Salah & Muayad Alsamaraee

Dr. Sherif Salah is a Consultant of immunology. holds a Ph.D. in immunology, Inventor of three Pharmaceuticals, published many articles in HIV research and Parkinson's & Alzheimer's journals and awarded four patents of invention on novel Biological molecules for treatment of hepatitis C virus and HIV.

With more than 30 years of his deep knowledge and experience. Dr. Sherif Salah is licensed doctor in both of human medicine and Vet medicine. he graduates a vet and another school to be a Human doctor, one after another. This is absolutely very intense and hard to manage at the same time or even one after another. About 10+ years of university and for human medicine likely an internship or placements of 5 years before you could practice. Traditionally, human medicine and veterinary medicine tend to be viewed separately. Doctors treat people, and vets look after animals. Differences exist between the two types of patients and options for treatment. in addition to that, Dr. Sherif Salah, holds his PhD in immunology which toked approximately five years. Immunology is a branch of biology that covers the study of immune systems in all organisms. 70% percent of the new diseases that have emerged in humans over recent decades are of animal origin.

Due to the multidisciplinary of Dr. Sherif Salah, an innovation capacity arose that enabled him to provide effective treatments solutions by invents medicine, drugs, and vaccines to confront human diseases that are transmitted from animals to humans & (Bioterrorism Diseases jointly evaluate with MD-NSSEE Muayad Alsamaraee).

Immunology contextualizes the physiological functioning of the immune system in states of both health and diseases; malfunctions of the immune system in immunological disorders such as autoimmune diseases, immune deficiency, hypersensitivities, and transplant rejection; and the physical, chemical, and physiological characteristics of the components of the immune system in vitro, in situ, and in vivo. Immunology has applications in numerous disciplines of medicine, particularly in the fields of organ transplantation, oncology, rheumatology, virology, bacteriology, parasitology, psychiatry, and dermatology.

Dr. Sherif Salah has a long history and knowledge of Coronavirus since 2013. Coronaviruses (CoV) are a family of RNA viruses that typically cause mild respiratory disease in humans. However, the 2003 emergence of the severe acute respiratory disease coronavirus (SARS- CoV) demonstrated that CoVs are also capable of causing outbreaks of severe infections in humans. A second severe CoV, Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), emerged in 2012 in Saudi Arabia. More recently, a novel coronavirus was identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.

DermaCure-KMWSH  SENIOR  LEADERSHIP  TEAM:  (SHERIF  SALAH  &  MUAYAD ALSAMARAEE), they have deep scientific knowledge gained from decades of experience with similar viruses, under the main Consortium of MD-NSSE, are researching, developing, and undertaking to identify additional potential treatments for R&D. they have deep scientific knowledge on compounds with the potential to treat coronavirus for emergency use and clinical trials, including compounds formerly tested on other viral pathogens such as HIV. There are significant global efforts underway to diagnose, treat and prevent infections from the virus. Pharmaceutical companies are working globally to combat COVID-19, by Coronavirus Treatment Acceleration Program (CTAP).

R&D is important for businesses because it provides powerful knowledge and insights, leads to improvements to existing processes where efficiency can be increased, and costs reduced. It also allows businesses to develop new products and services to allow it to survive and thrive in competitive markets. Firms gain a competitive advantage by performing in some way that their rivals cannot easily replicate. If R&D efforts lead to an improved type of business process—cutting marginal costs or increasing marginal productivity—it is easier to outpace competitors. we work together between R&D and innovation. “Within DermaCure-KMWSH Consortium of biotechnology, we distinguish between R&D and innovation; where R&D turns money into knowledge, innovation is the process of creating business out of this knowledge. It is about finding the best sustainably and commercially viable solutions to market needs. ... Innovation builds on R&D and includes commercialization phases.
